I needed a longer C to C and decided to splurge on a name brand, and one with higher capacity. The difference is noticeable (in a good way), especially when using it as a backup way to power my laptop. The quality is good because it just feels sturdier and more substantial. It is worth the few extra bucks I spent. And the 6 foot length gives me flexibility to use my laptop in more places.

I got this charger in April of 2025 and it's still going has some ware and tear but works with no issues what so ever. My family uses this one cord daily and that includes a 6 year old child.

They work well

truly an awful cable. I bought this and the belkin 30W charger together, and while the charging speed is fast the cable was remarkably subpar from the moment of purchase. plugging it in was overly fiddly, even fresh out of the box I could not plug my phone in and then put it down without even a slight change in angle causing the connection to break and stop charging despite remaining securely plugged in, it had to be plugged in after the phone was put down and expressly in a spot where the phone and cable could not be accidentally bumped or jostled. sometimes even just the small vibration of me receiving a notification would be enough to break the connection and require it be unplugged and replugged to continue charging. the cord also does not properly support connection to PC, having inconsistent ability to access files on the phone and not supporting alternate connection modes that would alleviate this issue. now, just over two months later, my undamaged and well cared for cord is beginning to fail. I have to repeatedly plug the cord in to get any successful charge at all, with most successful connections immediately failing due to the connectors being too loose - not too loose for most cords mind you, just too loose for this cord to function - and requiring either excessively precise angles or constant directional pressure to maintain connection. if other reviews are any indication (sure wish I had dug a little deeper before buying) the actual physical structure of this thing will begin failing within the next few months as well. as much as I would recommend the speed and portability offered by the charger itself, this cable is completely unrecommendable. you would genuinely be better off buying an ultra-cheap junk cord because at least it'd cost less than half the price for just as short-lasting service but with probably a better and easier time plugging it in.
