How expensive are the filters?

Depends on what type the ones that come with it are cheap I found em for around 15 bucks now u get into the NATO gas mask filter for fallout then anywhere from 50 to 80

This gas mask is designed according to the face shape of adults. Because children's heads are small, it is usually not suitable for children.

Can anyone give me insight on how to assemble? I got most of it, but unsure where the black rings go.

The black plug of this nuclear gas mask is connected to a 40mm activated carbon filter. When you use the Filter Cartridge on both sides, you need to seal the middle plug.
