My son (3.5 years old) love the Magic School Bus series so much!!! Also parents can learn a lot with their kids.

If you have a kid who's into electricity, this is a great book. My son just turned 4 and LOVES this book. I omit some of the portions (like the detailed explanation of an electromagnet), but we'll get there as he gets older. Just as a side note, if your child is really into electricity, also get the book "Wired," which explains electricity in a different way. The two books have little overlap and complement each other well. I got Wired for my son when he'd just turned 3 and, despite the high-tech nature of it, he was enthralled for the 20 minutes it took to read it!

私が子供の学校の図書館で別シリーズの本を借りて以来大ファンなりました。このシリーズは7歳の娘が一人で内容を理解するには難しいようです。学校で電気について習い始めててから同時に読んでいくともっと深く理解できるのではと思います。受け入れられやすい絵と説明なので子供も大人も楽しめて学べる本だと思います。ただ、絵がごちゃごちゃしていると言えばそうですが･･。私の子供の頃にこの本があればサイエンスに対しての興味が変っていたかもしれません。
