Gym-Level Gains Without Leaving the House
I Purchased two sets of these. These Bowflex SelectTech dumbbells are easily one of the best additions to my home setup. I was tired of tripping over mismatched dumbbells and wasting time swapping plates mid-workout. These solved both problems in one go.The dial system is super smooth—just twist to your weight, lift, and go. It feels a little like unlocking a cheat code for home fitness. Whether I’m doing quick supersets or full-body workouts, it’s fast, efficient, and keeps things tidy.Build quality feels solid, and the grip is comfortable. The weights click in securely, so there’s no rattling or sketchy movement during use. It’s also way more compact than a full dumbbell rack, which is a huge win if you’re working out in a smaller space.Yeah, the price isn’t cheap—but when you consider you’re getting 15+ sets of dumbbells in one, it’s totally worth it. Plus, they just look cool. Bonus motivation. If you’re serious about training at home without cluttering your space, these are a no-brainer. Quietly awesome and super convenient.

Bowflex Selectech adjustable Kettlebell. - Amazing piece of kit
What a brilliant piece of kit not only because it’s very well made but being adjustable takes up virtually no space which is ideal for my home gym. Also the handle isn’t too thick unlike most kettlebells meaning exercises such as upright rows, shoulder workouts etc you are able to grip it with complete comfort.Excellent value for money as it’s equivalent to having 6 kettlebells.

Great quality product.
Best piece of equipment in my home gym. Its great that they take up so little space but give you as much choice as a full rack.

Works perfectly
This is a great bit of exercise kit, works exactly as it should with the dial being easy to select the weight wanted, 2 seconds and you have your desired weight for the next exerciseA little bit of ‘rattle’ when you lift but that’s just because it’s separate weights to make it variableThe only negative I could say is it is a little on the pricey side but it does everything it sets out to do

Good value, not best handle
I actually have two of these now, bought a second so I could train with two or if I have a training partner round. Both times I brought one it was on sale.Design: the shell for this product seems to be longer in drop than a standard kettle bell, the hand is a lot wider so makes some movements awkward.Reliability: I've never had any issues changing the weight value, it is smooth and works with ease. When doing kettlebell swings I worry the weight will come flying out but in over a year of use it never has so seems fairly secure.Value: Very very good for saving space, and providing a good variety of weights at a lower price point then buying them separately. Increments do not rise in fixed values which can annoying, for instance the sequence goes 11kg to 16kg then 18kg.Overall: Very Good value when I purchased at around £100each time, range of weights is good and system is easy to use. Only real issue is the width of handle is longer than standard Kettle bell which can change the why some movements may be done but any change should be only slight.I do use modular dumbbells (nuobell) and bar bell (bow flex) for training the majority of the time, but the kettle bell was the modular system I first purchased and it still comes in very handy, hence I brought a second.

It’s Bowflex, so it’s expensive but the best.
Buy once and buy to last. This is a lovely piece of kit and well worth adding to the home gym. Very easy to use and compact. Bowflex also offers a free year of their training app with a hardware purchase, so the kettlebell pays for itself. Just remember to cancel the app subscription at the end of the year and then treat yourself to another piece of Bowflex kit for another free year.

Love these
I bought 2 of these and 2 of a cheaper brand that offers different increments. So I can swap between the 2 sets for smaller increases in weight than these alone offer.Compared to the cheaper brand these are far superior. The size is quite big which is a slight negative point for some exercises like Bicep curl. The weight plates are quite secure and solid in the handle whereas the cheaper one the plates are quite loose and can even be moved up and down. So it is worth buying these more expensive ones. The dial to select the weight is easy to see and easy to turn. This is also better than the cheaper ones I bought. I like that you can select the weight on each end which is not available to do on the other set. The only negative about selecting each end seperately is it takes twice as long as the cheaper set that uses a push button while turning only one end to select for both ends. This is not a deal breaker for me as it is still a very quick selection preccess. The positive of selecting each end seperately could be that you can have one weight on one and a different weightbon the other end. No idea why you would want to do that but these allow it and the cheaper ones don't.One negative is that the handle rings that hold the plates in is plastic and my research has shown youtube video's where people claim they have cracked or become loose which allow the plates to fall out. I don't know how true that is under normal use but the 'how to fix' video was very useful and they claimed they had had the set of dumbbells for 5 years. The tutorial gave me confidence to go ahead and buy rather than dissuade me. Knowing that parts can be available online and youtibe has step by step guides. As for use, I found videos on youtube where people were using these exact dumbbells. They showed how some exercises are negatively compromised regarded full range of motion and how you can adjust to account for it and still get the maximum out of the exercise.Be carefull when unpacking. I had to set them to a weight I could manage and remove the handles at that weight. Then remove each plate seperately. Then take the base out and re build the plates into it where I intended them to stay. Then place the weighet handles into the base.
