The fingerprint scanner works well. You will have to struggle a bit to get the tab in the case and to get it out. However, this is by design, its because the tab is well protected. The only thing i will agree with is the tab feels a lot heavier. However, again that means it is well protected. I have two cases this is my heavy case for outside high drop probability situations. I also have a light case for when i am at home or in low threat situations. If you are looking for a low-cost tough case ... just get it!!!

Can't tell if this is the ultra or plus case (have both). Both offer good protection. Only difference is the plus case won't work for a vertical prop and the ultra will (different size so ultra won't fit a plus)

I didnt realise until I read the comments that they screwed up and missed a port for an additional microphone the S9 had, tsk tsk recycling tab S8 design so there goes 1 star. I might decide to drill a hole for that now.... some friends have said my calls can be a bit muffled and hard to hear. I used a heatgun to remove the flimsy crummy inbuilt screen protector, the frame itself will fit over the Better Future AACL tempered glass screen protector and still fit in the case so I suggest you do that instead as that glass protector is like OEM glass level quality. ALSO put a microfibre screen cleaning towel or some thin fabric over where the hard plastic design is where the screen stand is mounted. I have found on my S8 that hard plastic digs into the back of the tablet during normal use. They should think about rubberising it so this doesnt happen. Now I put a microfibre cloth there before I put the tablet in as some kind of padding to stop this happening. The main point is the case offers good protection, the stand can be used as intended or vertical (on hard surfaces) and the plastic/rubber case material whilst being extremely hard to remove, holds up and doesnt become loose like otterbox stuff does. It is pretty hefty after it goes on, but thats the price for real protection

Bros this is the one. If you have an s10 ultra, get this. Honestly the kickstand is garbo but there's always 3rd party adhesive stands. Same goes for the screen protector. But you can easily just take a box cutter knife and uninstall that yourself. Currently using a different tempered glass screen protector with the case and it's the best combo. Long story short: Get this one.

I really like this case. This was a replacement for an older case for my tablet, but this one is way better. It is very solid and fits tightly. I was concerned when reading reviews that the built in screen protector would not work with the fingerprint reader, however it works perfectly. It reads my fingerprint as fast and accurately as without the protector. Perhaps this is a newer version. One thing I will warn you about is to be sure to very thoroughly clean your tablet before putting on the screen protector. Once it's on, it takes some effort to get it off if you have to clean under it. Also keep some screen wipes handy since the screen is prone to fingerprints.

The case itself is very good, solid, a bit complex to install but overall the final result once the tablet is installed feels very sturdy. The kickstand also seems strong and reliable. That said, the screen protector is not very good, it's not easy to install it in a way that ensures no dirt/dust is present between it and the screen, it interferes with the fingerprint sensor and it's unpleasant to use with the spen. Additionally, it's not easily removable in case the customer wants to use a glass screen protector, which sadly means that it makes the case itself unusable. Quite a pity, I wish they made a version without the screen protector that keeps the overall structural solidity, it would be an instant buy. But as it is, I wouldn't really recommend it.

The Galaxy Tab S9 ultra is huge, very thin and very difficult to hold securely without putting fingers on the screen. The Unicorn Beetle case gives you a grippy rubber edge and adds a lot of rigidity . The built in screen protector is distortion free and very tough, but you have to carefully follow the instructions and make sure the tablet screen is completely clean before attaching the screen protector. If you are going to pay a grand or more for a tablet, it makes sense to get the best cover you can find, and I think this is it. I have the same make of case for my old Tab S3 which protected it from numerous drops and even an acid spill on the screen.
