Same Matress that I tried locally at the big box store. Great savings, was exactly as described. Was shipped by freight, although I had no delivery appointment, just happened to be home. No in house delivery but managed to get it to the room with a little struggle. Secondary service picked up the old as scheduled. Very comfortable, supportive of my back, good purchase!!!

The mattress was defective. There was a depression on both the left and right side. I doubt it was new and had been used before it was sent to us. I'm not sure what else would cause the depressions that seemed like they had been left by someone sleeping on the mattress. Also, they only deliver to your door, so I had to pay someone to move the mattress upstairs to the bedroom. The seller took the mattress back, but I had to pay the $600 to ship it back to them. The seller was fine to work with. Although, the process literally took months from the time I initiated the return. I had to follow up multiple times about the pickup of the mattress and receiving the refund. I would advise you not purchase a product from this seller. The potential savings is not worth the amount of headache you might have.

I have been sleeping on a Stearns & Foster mattress for over 22 years and I must say that this new model does not disappoint. It is a true medium in every sense. So, if you prefer S-O-F-T, go with the plush. It is beautifully crafted and a wonderful accent to any home. I did have some issues arise with delivery coordination, however the merchant was wonderful at resolving my issue. He went above and beyond in ensuring my satisfaction during this entire process. I will definitely recommend this storefront to anyone seeking quality, luxury bedding at superior competitive pricing with unparalleled costumer service.

If you do not care about the integrity of your spinal column, look no further than the Stearns & Foster Reserve mattress. It's as if a cabal of sleep-deprived goblins and evil chiropractors got together in a dark basement and said, "How can we ruin the human spine… but make it luxurious and overpriced?" - and thus, the Reserve was born. This is my second Stearns & Foster mattress. The first one was, ironically, the dream mattress. It was supportive, durable, and the best sleep I'd ever had. When they stopped making it, we decided to upgrade to their alleged flagship model: The Reserve. It was a splurge, but we trusted the brand. Huge mistake. The Reserve is a monstrosity. It's comically heavy - I am reasonably young and in good shape, but I can't even lift the corners to change the sheets. This issue is exacerbated by the lower back pain that unavoidably comes when you sleep on a mattress that offers literally zero support. It's honestly more like anti-support. It's ridiculously soft. This level of softness does not occur in nature. I believe this mattress material was concocted by the devil itself. Since getting it, both my partner and I have developed back, shoulder, and hip problems. I now visit a chiropractor twice a week just to recover from sleeping. Anecdotally, and by way of example, I recently slept on a piece of foam on a boat for 10 days - my back pain disappeared. That should tell you everything you need to know. To top it off, when I reached out to S&F to exchange the mattress for the firmer model, I was told we were 17 days too late. Their 90-day return policy is inflexible, unforgiving, and completely customer-hostile. No discretion, no escalation, no human consideration - just a flat "no." The policy is not a policy - it is a punishment. This mattress has cost us thousands of dollars and countless nights of pain. Stearns & Foster went from a brand I swore by to one I will warn others to avoid at all costs. It's overpriced, overhyped, and underdelivers in every possible way. The Reserve isn't just a disappointment, it is a cautionary tale. A very expensive, sleep-deprived cautionary tale. In an effort to distance myself from the greedy, spineless monsters that run S&F, I've decided to pay it forward with some free marketing advice. Consider renaming this line of mattresses: The Scoliosis Suite by Stearns & Foster.

We purchased this mattress through a department store and after 8 months of sleeping (or not sleeping rather) I am regretting this purchase so much. This mattress is a medium and I can quite literally feel every spring location through the foam. HOURS LATER. There is a husband shaped dip on both sides from turning it and a hump in the middle. And the worst part is I’m stuck with it. For this price point, I feel like you should not have the mattress worn after less than a year. And we only had 30 days to try it and return it. I was being optimistic and waited too long to return it because I was hoping it would “settle in”. Now I’m stuck with numb legs and excruciating back and butt pain until this mattress is paid off and I can afford to buy something else. It’s complete garbage. Don’t buy.
