Excellent massage chair very easy to assemble, my wife and I use it every day and have no issues it works great all the time

I’ve used this chair everyday since I purchased it. It helps with circulation, pain and helps you relax.

I had high hopes. The instructions are not clear. It has plastic zip ties everywhere and the instructions say to cut the zip tie before use but doesn’t indicate which one so that was a trial and error process on its own. The massage is alright but a few notes to the engineer is if you make a foot portion to have it be able to lock in place when extended rather than having taller people continuously having to push down. The Alice voice control is as and never works. At most is when you’re talking the machine will randomly join the conversation with an “I’m here” shout but doesn’t follow the directions given even if you do. The beeping from the remote is loud and obnoxious the lights on the side do not go off at all I was reached out to by the manufacturer from a previous post about this chair and they told me to hit some buttons on the key pad that don’t exist and when I showed them pictures of the controller they never responded. So no don’t buy it you can try it and return it if you don’t like it then cool try it but if you can’t then don’t buy this one it’s not worth the risk.

Wasn’t what I was expecting. This chair is so hard on my back, no cushion. I couldn’t return bcuz I through the original box away, what a rip off. The screws were missing this was just a BAD purchase. I tried to cancel 5 minutes after purchase and they wouldn’t cancel it but cancelled everything else in my cart. As much money as I spend with Amazon shame on you.

The whole reason we chose this instead of the more affordable one is because it says it comes fully assembled. Not only was not assembled, it came with no directions.
