Biotin 5000 mcg., 250 Fast Dissolve Tablets

I have been taking Biotin 5000 mcg for several years. When I first started taking it my my fingernails we so weak that they would bend or tear if they got very long. Since taking this product,my hair is long and thick, and my nails are no longer brittle. I highly recommend Natrol Biotin but also recommend you speak with your doctor before starting supplements.
