Outstanding protection
This product is incredible. In florida I have to power wash the concrete walkways 2-3 times a year to remove the algae, fungus and other fauna that grows in the wet humid conditions. This year i applied the Armor product in April and the concrete looks like I just power washed it. I was easy to use, keeps the water from penetrating and the fauna from growing. It is expensive but very effective and I will be applying to more concrete next spring.

Highly Effective Sealant, Easy to Apply
I replaced an asphalt driveway with concrete at significant expense. I researched how to seal the concrete and found Foundation Armor SX5000WB. My experience with this sealant is positive. - I applied the sealant with the HDX 2 Gallon Multi-Purpose Lawn and Garden Pump Sprayer. I was going to purchase a more expensive DeWalt two gallon sprayer, but I called their support line and was told that this chemical is not recommended in their sprayer. The HDX sprayer has an apparently high failure rate per its reviews, but the unit's low cost meant that needing two of them to finish the job wasn't a significant contributor to the total cost of the project. Concrete is expensive. For the record, the HDX sprayer did the job. - I applied two coats. The instructions with the sealant say to wait 10-15 minutes between coats. The new concrete absorbed the first coat so quickly that it appeared "dry" in places within 2-4 minutes. As work progressed I shortened the interval between coats to about five minutes. This worked very well. - Coverage was about 175 square feet/gallon, in line with the manufacturer's stated coverage. - The sealant pools easily, especially the second coat. I used paper towels to dab excess away as needed. - The sealant didn't change the color of the driveway. - The performance of this sealant is simply astonishing. Prior to application of the sealant, water would be absorbed by the porous concrete, which would become very dark when wet. After application, water beads and pools on top of the sealant and the concrete barely changes color. The seal on top of the concrete is so good that in cool weather and limited sunlight, water may still be pooled on the driveway 2-3 *days* after rainfall. - The only drawback is that leaves that fall onto the wet-for-a-long-time driveway have turned into tea leaves. I have leaf prints all over the driveway. <shrug>. I can live with that. I'm going to use this stuff to seal my 70-year-old chimney. It's great.

Sealing stone entrance
Bought Armor SX5000 WB to seal the stone floor and wall of my front entrance. Water base is easy to apply and no harmful smell. Soaks in very quickly and you need to apply the second coat immediately so it too will penetrate. Results: No change of stone color, good beading waterproofing. Good product.

Awesome product!
No complaints here. Was looking to seal newly installed pavers on patio but didn’t want that wet look. The matte finish is perfect. Several months since install and water sill beads up. Install was a breeze, used spryer and rolled out with dry roller. Coverage is spot on.

Excellent results
I used this on my driveway 7 years ago and it's still working. My driveway was badly spalled and I just wanted to slow things down. Mission accomplished. A year ago I replaced about 200 square feet of my driveway and I just sealed it with this product. After using concrete soap and a brush to clean it I pressure washed it and let it dry for about a day and a half. I applied the sealer with a pump sprayer and used a brush to spread out a few small puddles. Within 3 hours the driveway looked the same as it did before it was sealed, i.e., this sealer didn't change the color and I had a nice even matte finish. Very easy to do as a DIY project.

Use as directed, should get great coverage and protection
Used on new brick and mortar covering for large old cement porch. Instructions for best results are clear. I used an air sprayer/paint gun to evenly spread the 2 coats of sealant suggested for best long term results. Clear, very obviously water repellent now. As I live in a northern, snowy climate, optimal brick sealant pays off. I use other less costly sealant for everyday cement, but considered the price good for this quality and life expectancy sealant.

Water beads up on my driveway now.
Bought 13 gallons of this stuff for my FL concrete driveway. It’s easy to apply with sprayer but make sure you prep according to the instructions. It’s very satisfying watching the water bead up after it rains. I called their Customer service twice and they were very pleasant and extremely helpful.

Excellent Product and Easy to Use
I recently built a new home and used this product to seal my garage floor, driveway and side walk. This product was extremely easy to use and you can immediately see the results. The water beads up and doesn’t penetrate into the concrete. I used a generic deck sealing sprayer for application and it seemed to work very well with no mess. It was more expensive than other products but seemed to be worth additional cost.
