The order was fulfilled quickly! However, the product already has 2 failed ports Of course, they both failed after the 30 day return window. When it did work, I had very few issues using it. I don't know if it failed because it is poor quality or if mine is just a defective product. If I can't get a refund or exchange, I would not buy this brand again.

It came in a well protected box and was simple to cable up and use. Love the remote functions as they always work first time and even switch when the pc is in sleep mode. Just move the mouse and there it is. Really eliminates a lot of the clutter of having a mouse and keyboard and display for every computer if you have several. With the 4 port version i have it is nice to just hook up one cable and test a new unit i am working on for someone. Very small unit and is powered off the pc it is connected to so no power cable to putz with. There are leds that light up for the computer port that is active so it is easy to verify you are hooked to the one you think you are. Wish i had one of these years ago.

Everything worked as it was supposed to, however, there is a beep every time you push the button to change inputs, which does not work for me in an office environment.

WORKED AS EXPECTED

I used this as a replacement for my last KVM switch from I/O GEAR which broke in 2 months. I can tell from the first day use of this product that this is of a higher quality and better price than I/O gear. The intsallation was very easy. The product works as described. I used it to switch between 2 laptops which are both of windows 10. I have a single big screen monitor.I still need to get familiar on how to switch monitor using the Keyboard which seems to be a very handy feature.One annoying thing I noticed that when you push the remote button to switch it make a "Beep" sound. It may or may not be an issue for others .I would still give it 5 stars based off my previous bad experience from I/O gear product

install is a snap. Just connect and it works. Small and easily concealed , the wired remote is useful if you don't want to deal with hot key switching. just hit the button and it switches from one machine to the other with a beep.I do not know how to disable that beep or if it is possible, if it does not bother you , then it's all good.Some have reported that it sometimes hangs, the cure is to simply disconnect it and reconnect.From my past experience with other KVM's in the past, I had to replace them after a few years because they start to disconnect too often. Time will tell if this one doe s the same, but for the price, It's not a big risk.

I purchased this switch to move between a server and workstation. It (barely) worked for a few days; now it does nothing. Incredibly disappointed and frustrated. No longer have box to return item so I will have to buy another. Suffice to say - I will NOT be purchasing another one of these!
