Q: Are these keys unique? I have had an issue with keys matching between lockboxes in the past.

Keys work fine. The knob you twist does not operate as smooth as you would expect from that of a professional safe but for the money it is not bad. You get what you paid for.

Q: just was delivered and keys are inside but i cant open. What am I doing wrong?

Returned it. Keys has to be outside in order to get access

Q: Does this safe come delivered in black or grey ?

This say is a light grey, we do not have color options.
