Accurate, good build, easy to use
Received product on time. Fits the description. The step counter is sturdy but the belt clip feels a little flimsy, a lanyard is provided with it. Simple and easy to use

Exactly what I wanted
It's simple to use and seems accurate. I bought myself one and bought another two for my parents, as it's especially suited for older people, with a larger screen and one-button re-set.

Hasta ahora, todo bien. Sí es preciso con el conteo de pasos y me ayuda en esta época de frío a no tener que sacar las manos de mi chaqueta mientras camino. Eso sí, es más preciso si te lo pones con el clip en la cintura del pantalón que si lo traes colgado en el cuello.

I received my 3DFitBud today. First off, I appreciated the fact that the little accompanying booklet has print large enough to read without a magnifying glass, and that the print was in bold black against a white background. I then went to the website, as given in the booklet, and watched the brief video instructions for activating the device. This is how all products should be shipped! The video explained the set up procedure in a simple, direct, and not too-fast manner, and those instructions were spoken by someone who had a clear speaking voice and nice tone. Furthermore, the invitation to be in touch if there should be a problem indicated a willingness to help their customers, rather than the current typical "speak to our AI robot" or have an online chat (doesn't that just make you feel valued for your business?) This was not an expensive item, but the way they set out to make this a helpful item for their customers speaks volumes about them as a company. Their obvious consideration of the people who purchase their products is impressive. After the dead-easy set up of the 3DFitBud, I then did three different test-walks, and in all three, the counter was accurate. Although only at the beginning of my experience with this product, certainly it has begun in the best possible way.
