Failed within an hour of installation
I ordered and received 2 drives, which were not properly packaged, but I went ahead and installed them. The first drive failed within 3 minutes of powering up the server and attempting to format. The second failed after 1 hour of use, during the copying of data on to it. I can not return as they were obviously used, and as in the second case I had started copying data on to it, I could not return it as data would not be secure. Thus, I opened the first drive and could clearly see a head crash had caused failure. I didn't open the other drive, but had to destroy it to prevent any of the data being accessed. I believe these drives failed due to bad handling/packaging so if ordering you need to be sure that when they arrive they are functioning.
