I used this mat for workouts at home and was pleasantly surprised how thick the mat is! It protected my spine from the hardwood floor and I could work out without pain. It's ability to fold into thirds and lightweight allowed for easy storage under the couch. I also used it as a stepping stone for my small dog to jump up onto the couch. It is durable and a fantastic value for the money.

This is the best workout mat I’ve ever owned. Nice, thick sturdy mat provides good stable cushioning, yet is very light and folds up easily for storing. Pleasant shade of blue that cleans up very nicely. Great value for the money!

I love this mat. I'll update this review after using it, but upon receiving it, Im very happy. I see no defects whatsoever with it. It's very firm, thick, light as a feather, and very big! I carried it from home to the car then inside work, because I work late night shifts. I have a muscle injury and have to do physical therapy a minimum of twice a day, so this was an excellent inexpensive purchase to help me. Carrying in and out is a breeze and Im not just saying that. It's so light you barely feel like you're even carrying anything at all which is the best part.

I'm a little torn here because the mat is comfortable, seemingly well made, and the description is accurate. However, this mat is much narrower (24") than a the mat I replaced with this one, which was purchased at Target several years ago.I'm around 5'11 and use this to work out on a hard floor with no shoes on. I use dumbells and do a lot of full body workout exercises. I could do dumbell push ups with 30# dumbells on the previous mat, but with this one I have to put the dumbells above the mat on the hard floor. And when you do that it can slide around a bit. And as far as doing regular push-ups, my hands have to be pretty much be parallel to my shoulders to stay on the mat.My use case might be a bit unique, but if I had only ever used this wide of a mat, I'm sure I'd be 5-star happy.In doing research, it seems like most of the 2" mats on Amazon are the same width. So if you aren't looking for a good quality option this would be a great selection. 😁

I’m not a young person by any means, this gives perfect cushion for working out, the color is a nice depth, not dull, faded, it was as described, this folds without effort for easy storage, is very portable as it has handles, this is a great quality product for the price. I wear the spandex/poly blends when working out, and did not side all over while working out. Surface is not slippery if wearing proper attire. Don’t oil up before your workout on this.

The mat is pretty pink, thick, and just the right length, I’m 5’4 and it’s about my height.

simple easy to use mat for my daughters gymnastics bar. it folds up so that a plus and its pretty thick which is also really nice. this mat is also easy to clean.

I bought this to slide into the side of my son’s bed so that his feet would not get stuck in between it works great. Came on time good quality has handles to make it easier to fold up and put away.

I bought for my daughter last Christmas, it has been great! She uses it almost every day, it’s been left outside a few times and it’s still in awesome shape!

This is super compact, easy to store and takes up very little room. I bought it for my daughter and she loves it.
