I used this arm with my LG UltraGear 34GS95QE-B.AUS (34” OLED ultrawide), and while the arm supports the weight just fine, the tilt adjustment is the weak point. I got it to stay level, but even a small downward tilt causes it to sag. Decided to grab a better arm for this monitor and save this one for my lighter 32” vertical display.Also, the included screws didn’t fit my monitor. It came with M4 x 12mm and M4 x 30mm, but I needed M4 x 25mm. I included pictures showing that the 30mm was too long. I picked up a pack of 2 at Home Depot for $3, so $6 total for the set.For anyone grommet mounting without a strong drill — I didn’t have one either. I punched a rough hole into my desk, then cleaned it up with a 7/16” drill bit, which worked perfectly. Not the cleanest job, but hey, all you need is a hole.Quick Tip: Unscrew the cable management cover first, route your cables, then reattach it. Once the arm is mounted, it’s hard to reach.For $20, this is a solid arm for smaller/lighter monitors. Just be cautious with heavy ultrawides or plan to keep the tilt locked flat.

Está hecho con una aleación de aluminio que se ve y se siente premium, cero bamboleo, cero flojera. Soporta mi monitor de 34" sin sudar. Nada que ver con esos bracitos baratos que parecen doblarse con el viento.En cuanto a movimiento... es un sueño ergonómico. Puedo inclinar, girar o rotar la pantalla con un dedo, literalmente. Si un día quiero trabajar con la pantalla vertical para leer código o revisar documentos, lo hago en segundos. El resorte de gas hace todo suave y preciso.Algo que me encantó: el espacio que se libera. Mi escritorio ahora se ve limpio, ordenado y con mucho más espacio para mi laptop, mi libreta o una buena taza de café. Y los clips para cables son un detalle que marca diferencia: ya no tengo ese enredo de cables colgando por todos lados.Además, la instalación fue facilísima. Viene con todo lo necesario y lo monté en menos de 15 minutos (y eso que soy cero manitas). Probé tanto la abrazadera como el montaje con ojales y ambas opciones son súper sólidas.En resumen: si querés mejorar tu estación de trabajo o de juegos y cuidar tu cuello y tu espalda al mismo tiempo, este brazo es una inversión que vale totalmente la pena. No vas a querer volver a un monitor apoyado en su base nunca más.

I purchased 2 initially for my wife and my matching gaming setup. the monitors we have are heavy duty 27" 20.1 lb touch monitors. Mine has been working extremely well. My wife's had a slight issue where even after tightening the bolt that allows the monitor to tilt up and down it would sag forward. we fixed this temporarily by just lowering the arm so that the monitor sat on the desk but the arm supported a majority of the weight. We worked with the seller and after sending images and videos to confirm the issue they sent a replacement that has worked great.The biggest thing about this is the weight that it holds. Most other pc arms hold up to 19lbs which was an issue due to the monitors being 20lbs so this was great to have something that was able to support the weight and look very nice while doing it. The arms move fairly freely which allows us to move the monitors around for standing or even to sit side by side.

The product succeeds at its primary task, it holds up a monitor and it does not fall over, or catch on fire. Mission accomplished.The arm is, however, very poorly designed. The cable shroud on the top half is a clip in that is extremely narrow, and may have issues with cables that are thicker. Strangely, the cable shroud on the bottom is actually the full width of the arm, so the sudden switch up of shroud width is very odd. Additionally, the bottom shroud does not use a clipping mechanism like the top shroud, instead it has two screw holes and is screwed in to the arm. This would just stop at being inconvenient, on the counts of requiring you to unscrew/rescrew the shroud in, if it weren't for the fact that the tunnels through the shrouds severely limit your space to actually put cables through it, AND ARE INACCESSIBLE BECAUSE YOU CAN'T FIT A SCREWDRIVER BETWEEN THE ARM AND YOUR DESK.Mounting brackets for the monitors come with two screw types, a short and long, and spacers. Pretty much every monitor's screw holes will be the length of the shorter screws; the longer screws in a VESA mount kit are always intended to be used in combination with spacers, in the event that a monitor's VESA mount points are sunken in to the monitor chassis; this then allows space between the mounting bracket and the actual monitor chassis so the monitor and bracket can be slipped out without actually removing the bracket. But the spacers for the longer screws are not actually long enough! So for monitors where the VESA mount points are sunk into the chassis slightly, you will need to use the shorter screws anyways, which in turn means you won't be able to attach the bracket then slip it on to the arm, you will need to first connect the upper arm to the bracket, then attach that entire assembly to the monitor. Then you can finally put that entire assembly in to the lower arm, trying your best not to break your now awkward to hold and heavy combo of monitor and arm.2/10, irrefutably designed by the drunken hallucinations of generative AI, because apparently all basic human capacity to think and design things which already exist is completely dead. Can successfully hold monitors, just be extremely careful while assembling and don't expect it to do literally any other convenience offered by other VESA mounts.
