As long as they support 802.3at/af standards, and are within the PoE parameters of the switch (30W max per port, total power budget of 65W max).

Q: Can i connect 12v non-PoE camera and supply cam with power & data?

No. But you can additionally buy a POE splitter - that can connect to this POE switch and will provide Ethernet data and a “power connection” such as a USB mini or DC plug connection.

Q: Does the TL-SG1218MP have fan(s) and if so, how loud?
