Battery issues
Battery issues with the product.... battery backup is not good. sometimes signals problem, voice recorder also not that good..... please don't buy this useless product.They says battery life is upto 12 days. With sound monitoring 2-3 hrs. This is absolutely untruthThe battery backup is only for 20 to 30 minutes..I checked battery performance or it's life every minute sending command 888

Device not working properly. Image showing that Mobile phone and device at same location but map showing that device is approx 1km away from mobile. Customer care service is too poor.... suggested to don't buy... return is not possible...
