Not working for phone, everyone speaking opposite saying not audible and not clear

I've been using these for over 2 years now and it's great for sporty use. even the customer service (repairs and replacements) are great where I live (Dubai). 3 stars because the mic setup isn't great at all. the earphones wrap around your ears which causes the mic to sit behind the ear making hard to capture my voice when I'm speaking, and wearing it normally, like you would an earphones, works for the mic but isn't ideal if youre doing sports such as running (etc) as it could make it pop out of the ears. I've also had to replace the earphones once due to speaker issue (free of charge of course as it was under warranty).

Product suddenly stopped working in less than a month from purchase and exactly on the return date deadline!!!!

A big name JBL is not such a thing If it is replaced, it will be your kindness, my ears start to hurt, it weighs so much AMAZON i’m want change please

Muito bom phone. Gruda na orelha, pode ser colocado por cima para evitar q os botões fiquem batendo no rosto na hora da corrida, mas tem q inverter as orelhas. Som alto e claro.

Auriculares de regalo que encantaron Son bluetooth y se enganchan divinamente al móvil …aguanta mucho la batería …se enganchan a la a oreja sin problema alguno y no se caen con facilidad ….y además cancelan el ruido exterior de manera fantástica Altamente recomendable …tanto q yo me pedí otro de regalo también
