I Feel Sleepy After Using It , Which I Guess Is Not The Way It Supposed To Work

I bought this to help me focus more on work as i get distracted easily, but unfortunately, it didn’t do anything and I felt a little bit jittery towards the end of the day. Had to stop taking them. Won’t recommend from my experience. Hope this helps someone!

These are a real game changer, I only take one a day as they are quite strong and I find 1 to be more than enough. My energy levels and focus have greatly improved. They are easy to take and kick in within 30 minutes. Will be buying more.
