Is this really strong enough to hold Max 280kg (620lbs) Many thanks

I've got up to 190 kg and the bench has held well weight rise.

Stuck between this and jx weight bench same price any advice ?

I've been very pleased with this bench. Really easy to put together. It's quite light so easy to manoeuvre and great that it folds up so it can store away fairly easily.

Can you lift serious weight with this? How stable is it?

It depends on your definition of heavy. I am pressing 120kg and I find the bench stable.

What is the seat height

The seat height is 21 inches as shown in the dimensions picture. I am 6'1" and the seat height is ideal, others are a few inches lower and make positioning awkward.
