What 100% recommend this to anyone that struggles with taking medication due to remembering or any other reason reasoning that they may have it has a loud reasonable Chime that I can hear from other rooms and I don’t have to worry about setting an alarm on my phone, it automatically does it

Oh be prepared! lol you are going to remember to take your pills.

The device is good. Lots of pills fit and the battery is good. The app however is just awful. It only shows military time, not a deal breaker, but annoying. It accesses the calendar on my phone and fills up everyday with multiple reminders, like up to 22 of the same alert for the same time. We turned that calendar off but the app keeps switching it back on. I tried uninstalling and reinstalling it to change the settings but it will not work with granting access to my calendar. I mean it gets the job done but it could work much smoother.

I forget to take my medicine ALL THE TIME! This saved my life….!! It beeps the entire day! Until you take your medicine. This alerts. It’s connected by Bluetooth to my phone. The alerts come to the calendar as well and it’s travel based so I can bring it with me wherever and the charge seems to last a long time. The only downside is to create an account. You have to make a fake verification code for it to go through

I've had this pill box for a few months now, and I can confidently say it has been the best system I've tried for getting me to take my medicine on time. With that said, here's what you need to know: - The app is a buggy mess. It barely functions. Fortunately, you only need to use the app to set up the alarms; once you have it set to your preferences, you don't have to use it regularly. - There is no way to snooze the alarm, so if you're often busy and can't take your meds right away, you might wanna set an additional alarm - The battery lasts a couple of weeks, but as it gets low, the pill case starts acting funny, like the alarm not turning off when the putton is pushed. I would keep it at least half charged to avoid annoyances. - In my experience, the alarm starts to go off 1-2 minutes earlier than scheduled, and will drift earlier and earlier over time. 2 months in and my alarm was going off 5 mins early. This can be solved by re-syncing the device with the app via bluetooth, so it's not a big issue. - at some point the button on the back stopped working all together but you can turn the alarm off by opening the case and closing it again, so it's kind of a non-issue. Clearly, this product has a lot of problems. But I have not found anything comparable in it's price range that actually works, so I'm generally pleased with it. It does what it's designed to do, in its own buggy way.

Worthless machinery. App doesn’t sync, you can’t change the language on the calendar out from Mandarin, the app doesn’t even let you set notifications. This device should not take over an hour to set this thing up due to app crashes and device not syncing.

This is an amazing product I use it on a daily basis, I’m horrible at remembering to take medications and ever since I bought this product I haven’t missed one medication. It works amazing and was very easy to set up.

Difficult to set up and there are definite flaws that need to be fixed. No way to show you are just taking half of a pill for example. Also it would be nice if you can remove each individual compartment. Also you can take a photo of the pill bottle but then you still have to type in the name of medicine. Started to return it but finally figured out how to make some features work better.
