These are good quality, but I didn't like them. I was hoping to switch from using underwire and typical bras to something more comfortable. IDK about you, but I HATE regular bras. I bought a bunch of different inserts to try to give myself the cleavage look, but be more comfy and natural. I had to use all three of these to even begin to get the right look that I wanted. I ended up returning them as well, they don't like to stay very well either. I mean, they're alright, but I went another angle.

I made a fitted vest which was just a little too large, so I got these hoping it would help me fill it out some so I wouldn't have to alter it too much. They are soft and were easy to insert into the bra. They did tend to ride up some once they were in place but I really couldn't tell the difference in my final overall shape. I'll probably just leave them in the bra full time.

I liked ,but they never stayed in place ,don't waste your money

This works great to use on just one side if you have one breast slightly smaller than the other. Also works great for a little extra lift in the built in bra tank tops. I especially like that they don’t have the adhesive spots but stay in place and wash well.

Perfect size and level of support. Thankful to finally find cotton ones that are not full of nylon and polyester. Ordered more for all my bralettes.
