Avoid this
Screen flickered and then stopped working. I sent it for repair under the warranty, and the whole process felt like dealing with a black box. Their phone lines never worked, and after multiple attempts to reach them, I finally received an email, over a month later saying the shipment had been dispatched. There was no way to track it either. I eventually received a replacement watch, but it looked old, worn out, and had scratches all over it. Avoid this company, their replacement is used products, and the service is even worse.

Trouble with replacement
The watch came with a defect and it took 2 weeks to get a replacement. It took multiple emails and calls to customer support, to find out when then replacement will be delivered. The replacement watch had a different defect, display was not properly fitted, there was gap between the display of and the edge of the watch. Also there is no replacement from Amazon, it will be taken care from firebolt, and making a request for replacement will only happen through firebolt website, where invoice and a image has to be uploaded. Please note that there will be no return, only replacement. So choose wisely.

Born Dead after purchase
This product was useful for one month.. i found the watch to dead and thought it was cable fault and purchased two new cables from Amazon and both could not revive the watch.. most useless product not worth it’s price.. good for a 1 year baby which likes to play with Fire boltt as a toy…. Don’t buy this product

Disappointed, wastage of money
Very very disappointing, it got hang and no data was correctly tracked in this watch, such wastage of money, don't buy this product, they seriously need to get themselves more supportive their customer support is so bad and the product itself is worthless.

Very very bad experience
Very very bad quality, I used 10 days after not working., I have complan i they repair watch but sam thing not work after 10 days then again they replaced but recieved red colour, all of this I used this watch only 20 days Othe time replacement 1 time 1 month replacement time, 2nd time 1.5 months they collect faculty part and send replacement part. All of my experience is very very bad .

Charging issues … low quality
It stopped charging after 2 weeks…. This is not the first time that firebolt product have stopped working there is always this issue of charging … worst product

Worst product from Fire-Bolt
i wanted to give this minus ratings for the product. This was the worst purchase for me from amazon in the last 10 years. after 10 days it started giving issues and within 20 days it became completely useless .raised complaint with fire bolt without giving a solution they closed the ticket. never going to buy any thing from Fire Bolt again.

Fireboltt is a making chep quality products
This product is not working. May the seller is selling refurbished product or this company is making these kind of waste products. If the product is defective, you need to pay 150 rupees for courier pickup to send the product to service centre even if the product is in return period. Don't buy this. In a month also i didn't receive the replacement or repair product.
