Good if it's really tight. Wish they made one for bigger sizes. I was only able to use it for a bit because my stretch was almost at max when used. Would highly recommend to make one bigger as I'm reading other reviews from different brands they say the same thing. Go from size 26 to 38 from looking at the sizes from the rings. Rings hurt when putting them on. Even tho I was only able use this product for a short amount of time. I liked using it because it was alot less painful then using the rings and easy to use compared to the rings.

This is a long review based on weeks of usage about quality and performance of this tool. Good Things 1. This is by far the FASTEST way to get rid off phimosis. That's what I think bc I had tried the rings and it always got so messy that I lost my progress multiple times. 2. The cream that comes with it puches way above it's weight. I am totally blown over by the performance and quality of this cream. Without this cream the results wouldn't be that impactful. 3. I went from Unable-to-see-glans stage to completely opening the hood in about 23-25 days. The tool opens up to about 27mm I guess in it's maximum opening. I didnt measure but that's what I believe it is. The progress was little slower initially bc the skin wasn't ready for the shock that was about to hit it. I lubricates the skin quite well, about 3 times daily with coconut oil. I applied cream (that comes with the pack) daily at night after stretching the skin using tool. I stretched twice daily, once before going to office and before hitting bed. Not-So-Good Things 1. The tool is a li'll different in the sense that you'll have to figure out how to use it mostly bc it is a little heavy and the spring is strong but once you take your time and get how to use it, that's where the magic happens 2. Bit expensive than others but I guess since it does what its made for then I got no qualms about it. It's worth the money to me but maybe expensive to some.

Die Öffnung der Zange ist natürlich zu klein, wie bereits andere geschrieben haben. Ich konnte es dadurch lösen, dass ich Styropor zur Vergrößung auf die Spitzen gesetzt habe. Dieses habe ich dann aus hygienischen Gründen mit den Fingern von Haushalts-Gummi-Handschuhen überzogen. Damit konnte man es effektiv für etwas größere Dehnungen einsetzen. Die normale Größe der Zange ist nicht für ein vollständiges öffnen des geschädigten Gewebes geeignet. Es hilft eher, wenn man nur noch eine natürliche Öffnung von der Dicke eines Bleistifts hat, nicht von es doch ein wenig besser ist. !!! Trotzdem würde ich es immer wieder kaufen !!! Denn ich weiß nicht genau, was geholfen hat. Vermute aber, dass es die Creme sein muss. Nachdem ich mit der Dehnung und der Creme 2-3 mal wöchentlich angefangen habe, hat es sich stark verbessert und die Verengung ist fast weg. Vorher nur eine Öffnung von Daumenbreite und ein Zurückziehen war nur ansatzweise, eigentlich eher nicht möglich. Jetzt ist ein komplettes Zurückziehen fast immer möglich. Ausnahme ist nur, wenn es besonders hart unter Verwendung der blauen bzw. gelben Pillen (ich hoffe sie wissen, welche gemeint sind) wird. Dann ist ein zurückziehen nur bis kurz vor dem Kranz möglich. Ich bin trotzdem zufrieden mit dem Ergebnis. Mein Hausarzt meinte, es kann auch mit dem besseren Zuckerwert (von 13 auf 7,5 runter) zusammenhängen, unabhängig von dieser Creme. Auf jeden Fall bin ich froh darüber, dass es schon geholfen hat und ich mir eine Amputation des wichtigen Hautteils sparen konnte. Ich fühle mich zu 95% geheilt.

Chi manovra l'utensile, e chi solleva la pelle del prepuzio per l'inserimento del beccuccio arrotondato. 2) La manovra di serraggio della vite è impedita da una filettatura che tende a "gripparsi" impedendo la rotazione. 3) Occorre allestire degli appoggi a supporto dello strumento in fase di "riposo", trattandosi dell'impiego "fai da te" di un oggetto in assenza di istruzioni e modalità di sterilizzazione da adottare prima dell'uso.
