This pillow really helped fix my neck pain. I used to wake up with stiffness and soreness every morning, but after a few nights using this pillow, my neck felt much better. The shape supports my neck properly and keeps my head aligned while sleeping. It’s comfortable, not too soft, and the cooling cover is a nice bonus. Took a couple of nights to get used to, but now I sleep better and wake up without pain. Definitely worth it.

I’ve been using this cooling pillow for a while now and it has made a noticeable difference in my sleep quality. The neck support is firm enough to keep my head aligned without feeling stiff, and the cooling feature really helps if you tend to sleep warm. I wake up with much less neck and shoulder tension compared to my old pillow. It also holds its shape well throughout the night and doesn’t go flat. I. Love. This. Pillow!!!!!!! I’ve had the BEST sleep with this pillow. If you are up in the air about buying it, stop waiting and order it! I’ve been in a lot of motor vehicle accidents and, as a result, have suffered many neck/shoilder/back issues and still do. I ordered this pillow and received it the following day. It comes compressed, so you have to let it expand 24-72 hours (I actually only waited about 15 hours before I used mine). I will tell you the quality of my sleep has improved dramatically since I have gotten this. I don’t toss and turn anymore. I wake up feeling refreshed and pain-free. The pillow supports my neck and shoulders, and there is no slipping or shifting. It stays cool, so you don’t have to adjust it. It actually “stays put,” so when you move, it doesn’t. It is about the size of a standard pillow and fits in a standard pillow case (with a little room left over). I was concerned about an odor because of the memory foam, but I didn’t smell any strong odors at all! The memory foam seems to be of good quality, without any lumps and holds its shape very well. It is dense, but despite that, the weight of the pillow seems about standard for a pillow made from this material. I keep telling all of my friends and family about this and they should get one. (I never rave on about a product!) I love this pillow so much, I’m considering buying another for a backup. If you are thinking about buying this; I wouldn’t hesitate.

I've been sleeping with memory foam pillows for a few years and wanted to try this pillow to see if it could be better. I was intrigued by the shape. With my memory pillows, I've been tossing and turning quite a bit lately. Would this strange looking pillow be any better? Well.... the answer is YES! It's a brilliant pillow. The first time I used it - and I hate to say this - I slept so good that I actually woke myself up because I started to drool.... and I'm NOT a drooler! But, yes, I was that comfortable and can't believe how soundly I slept. I have always slept on either my left or my right side, one of the reasons I toss and turn most nights. But with this strange pillow, I actually plop my head on it and I can easily sleep on my back.... and that's how I wake up in the morning too. And I actually feel like I've had a great nights sleep. ~~~~ Calling it an "ultra pain relief cooling pillow for neck support" pretty much says it all. Yes, I feel that this pillow is cooler than a traditional pillow, and the neck support is - IMO - fantastic. Probably why I sleep so peacefully. ~~~~ Is this the perfect pillow? Not hardly, I do have a few complaints but they are minor compared to how good I sleep. It's obvious that when I go to sleep, it's a vary sound sleep. So occasionally, I tried sleeping on my side just to see if I would have to 'toss or turn' though out the night. I haven't. But with that said, the pillow claims that it has this "indention" on each side to make it easy to wrap you arm around the pillow and 'hug' it. Not so easy, if there's a trick to 'hugging' my pillow, I haven't figured it out yet. But that's minor compared to my sound sleep. ~~~ The only other thing I have to complain about is that the pillowcase on the pillow? I would like it if they sold extra pillowcases so I could toss this in the laundry and not have to wash immediately if I don't feel like doing laundry that day. I could definitely benefit from a second pillowcase.... especially if I'm turning into a drooler from sleeping so comfortably. ~~~~ Complaints are very minor compared to what a great pillow this is for me. But for those very minor reasons, giving this pillow 4-stars.

I’ve been using this pillow for a year and 3 ish months. I personally love it - to the point I bring it with me while traveling. Mind you - I’m a pillow snob - I was going through pillows like water trying to find one that worked for me and this one fit the bill! Still love it as much over a year later as I did when I first got it. I sleep on my sides, back, and sides leaning towards my stomach and this pillow works for all those different positions. I also slept pretty well through my pregnancy using this pillow! Very comfortable, very supportive, but never feels too firm for me. It’s definitely a unique pillow so might require a bit of an adjustment period but so worth it in my opinion. Might buy a second one just to have on standby.

This cervical pillow is amazing! I have had it actually for a year and a half and I get the best sleep when I sleep with it. It travels well it is a great value for the money. There was no weird smell or anything in the memory foam it was perfect and ready to go the day I got it. It’s very lightweight and fits extremely easily and well in a suitcase. As a matter of fact, you can actually squish it into your suitcase and it pops right back into shape when you get to your destination. The sleep quality I get with this pillow is beyond compare because of the sleek design and the way it just hugs your neck and your head. It’s like sleeping on a cloud.

Honest detailed review, from a real human, and not a bot lol. Also, I’m NOT an influencer who’s getting paid to write reviews. I am a side sleeper, sometimes sleeping on my back. I am a 25 YO female that’s 5’7 who weighs about 140 pounds. I have sort of broad shoulders. I used to have two cushy pillows stacked up on each-other, and I didn’t realize just how much my chin was tilted downward toward my chest (on my back), and how much my ear was tilted toward to my shoulder (on my side). This was creating my neck to be VERY curved, not in line with my spine much at all. It was also making the muscles to be scrunched up and tight. I do think this pillow has been correcting that issue very well. What I like about this pillow, is that it prevents me from scrunching up my shoulders toward my ears in the night, especially when I’m on my side. So, I’ve definitely noticed that my shoulders are further down (where they should be) when I wake up and am getting ready for work, instead of being tensed up and scrunched. I do think it does a really good job with keeping the neck in line with the spine MUCH better than my previous set up. It keeps my head back, WAY closer to where it naturally should be, than when I’m using other pillows. (Chin back, instead of down toward chest). Especially when I’m on my back. When I’m sleeping on my side, I could use a little more support in that 90 degree angled crevice between my shoulder and skull.. just slightly, because I have broad shoulders. But it’s still a WAYYY better option than what I was doing before. I haven’t gotten them yet, but apparently they have foam inserts to lift the pillow higher and fix this issue, for people who have broader shoulders. And the other issue is that it doesn’t come with a cover, you have to buy one separately yourself. Regular pillow cases kind of slide off. Get the cover, or a pillow case with a zipper. Lastly, this pillow definitely has an adjustment window. You probably will be a little sore for a while, because you’re muscles and cervical spine are not used to being put in a proper position for so long. Also, if you’ve been sleeping on super soft and cushy pillows like me, this one is a lot firmer, so that takes adjustment too. But I think the firmness is really a good and necessary thing, because it keeps your head where it NEEDS to be, not where it wants to go. I say buy the pillow, and try it for at least 2 weeks and see how you feel. But right now, I don’t think I can go back to stacking pillows up. The level of this pillow with my body, being closer to the bed itself (where my body is laying) is much more benificial to proper alignment than stacking pillows, and though I’m still adjusting to it, I can see improvements in muscle stiffness and tension around the cervical spine. I do think it’s being strained a lot less. Blessings on your sleep journey!

I was in a bad car accident 25 years ago and have had daily neck pain every day since. Finding the right pillow has been a 25+ year pursuit. I cringe to think about the amount of money I have spent on pillows in search of the right support. Some individual pillows have been over $200. This pillow is the answer to my prayers! It's the right balance of support and softness. It is cooling (been a hot sleeper my whole life). Even the memory foam is perfect. I've tried quite a few memory foam pillows over the years but never make it a whole night because of the smell (I am very sensitive) - even with airing out for up to a month. This one, straight out of the package had very very little smell. I was able to put a pillowcase on it (standard size fits) and sleep on it the same night it arrived. I haven't been tossing and turning all night trying to get comfortable or turning my pillow because it gets too hot. This one is so comfortable and stays cool the whole night. I even had a regular pillowcase on it, not even one of my cooling pillowcases. Everyone is different and has different needs. But for me - this one checks all the boxes! For reference, I am a 5'2" female. Most pillows made for side sleepers are quite a bit too tall for me. The design of the contour and the space for your ear are also perfectly placed.
