This cartridge system is good. But way you guys dont make permanent one what we can reuse multiple times? And if the chip on bottom count the cartridge label ,this make it very expensive. 1 cartridge is around 20£ for 200-300 label. 1 row of label is 5£ for 500 label. So each label is cost you 5 time more! If you ship a lot or parcel, will think of price per single label!

I love this because the cartridge is fully reciclable and the labels works great, brings more labels than expected.

Quality

I like how easy these labels are to use and that there is no ink involved. The only complaint I have is that the website goes down semi-frequently making it difficult to print labels when I need them, but it's usually only for a couple minutes. I use these labels for my bakery business and they are easily customizable. I use compostable packaging, so I love that the labels and the cartridges are compostable or recyclable. I've never had any issues with these coming damaged, and I'm sure if they did the company would replace them. Their customer service has always been very responsive and helpful.

Expensive and when it skips a line and prints extra, you can't reprint without loosing more tags.

What a waste of money and time ..
