DaVinci Gourmet Prickly Pear Syrup, 25.4 Fluid Ounces (Pack of 1)

This is really good tasting!!! But it took like 8 pumps to sweeten properly a 40oz tea with ice. I might have to buy more than one a month!!! But it's worth it. I like this brand better than tortani.

Bought this for party punch lemonades because McAlister’s discontinued them and this did not disappoint, pairs perfectly with lemonade.

It's a little sweet so a little goes a long ways. It's a good value for the price. You can turn any alcoholic beverage into a prickly pear cocktail with this syrup. I've gone through 8 bottles

Super yummy and true to authentic prickly pear flavor. That was something I missed very much about living in Arizona - access to all kinds of sweet, delicious prickly pear flavored syrups and candies and jellies. This takes me back to those desert memories. If you’ve never tried prickly pear flavored anything, please do yourself a favor and try it. Idaho has huckleberry, and Arizona has prickly pear. If huckleberry tastes like the color purple, well, prickly pear definitely tastes like hot pink or fuchsia. So delightful.

I love the prickly pear soda that is made by a small craft soda maker in the midwest. Absolutely love it. The problem is that it can be hard to find in my area, it comes in glass bottles (I shouldn't be allowed to have glass in my house, because I have the dropsies), and it's pricey to purchase by the bottle. I never considered that I could just buy flavored syrup until I went to a new restaurant in town and they had a prickly pear margarita! I was able to find drink mix for alcohol locally, and I tried using it with my Soda Stream (I have the Terra https://amzn.to/3Q4WJzA ). It was tasty and I enjoyed it. When I saw I could get it from DaVinci, which is my preferred brand for coffee syrups, I knew I had to give it a try. And...SUCCESS! This syrup had a better flavor than the other brand I had tried. This syrup with the water from my Soda Stream is just FANTASTIC. At the price I paid, each 16 oz serving costs LESS THAN 1/4th the cost I would pay for a 12 oz bottle. Not only that, but a single serving has half of the carbohydrates and half the sugar. It still has them, but obviously less.

I thought the taste of this was just ok.
