The blueberry pomegranate is pleasant and that's half the battle of getting rehydrated. It's hard to drink as needed when it tastes very artificial & gritty. The taste is a big help for me. Very good value for cost and it's helping me feel better. Simple to use & dissolves quickly.

The value for the money is good. There is no after taste. Not overly sweet the strength of each packet is just right. The lemon-lime is my absolute favorite. Provides great hydration. I have already ordered my third packet.

Im not a coffee drinker. Love the Lions Mane in this. I feel great after drinking it. Alert and full of energy. Highly recommend.

Overall, big fan of the IQ Mix/Bars!! They offer great hydration and most def a nice little mood boost. I love the piña colada and passionfruit flavors, but unfortunately, I am not a fan of the iced tea/lemonade or the raspberry lemonade. Those two flavors have a weird off taste to me 😕 I guess I have to buy the piña colada and passionfruit separate now. I am not sure if you guys are able to get those two flavors as a 20 pack??

Why did you pick this product vs others?: Trying to do a healthier choice of...everything and I've wanted to try the electrolyte mixes for a long while. After a little research, I selected the 20 package - sampler (but you are supposed to do 2 a day), and I've not been disappointed. It's only been 7 days, but there's a noticeable difference in my day. Sleep is the first thing I noticed that improved. Then, frequency of bathroom trips. I had kidney stones in February and was advised to really amp up my water intake. No mention of electrolytes from any of the ER staff, but I did most assuredly double my water intake. A smart friend mentioned electrolytes a while back and I finally remembered, and again, started researching. I mix these in a 20 oz container 1/2 filled with ice and filled the rest of the way with water. Add a packet, and shake it up. I let the ice melt a bit before I drink - the mix is really smooth -that's exactly the thing that will keep me drinking a product. As for grit on the bottom, absolutely there is a bit of settling if you let your drink sit there for a bit, and I do. Just close the top of the shaker bottle, mix it up and then no more grit. Why do people complain about something that is not really a problem? Just mix it up again. Great taste, smooth drinking, and I'm having positive results with only 7 days of use. I only wish they'd be able to make this a bit cheaper. I'm a writer, and I don't get an urge to dance and sing, but I do also notice I'm not getting that afternoon ugh-gotta take a break type slump. I do get up and walk outside as often as I can every 2 hours, and do other things while at home, I'm not glued to my desk, but I feel a little different somehow - like I'm able to focus. We'll see-I think a month would be a better test period. Maybe there's a discount for larger portions--I'll have to go back & check. Glad to have found this, will be ordering more. Pineapple is totally my favorite of the two flavors - passionfruit is good, but I like the pina colada taste better. No side effects noticed at all. Drinking water, getting better nutrition.

Big Fan of IQMIX, even use IQ Joe daily. Such a fan, I can name a half dozen or more people that use it daily because of me. Infact, some stunned to learn their doctors love their results from it, as my own improvement in my blood work. That said, this flavor, so disappointing! I had high hopes based on the hype. Very medical tasting. Nasty after taste, nasty taste going down in general. Just what a big miss. I was hoping on a new flavor to add to the mix. Thankfully this was not my first experiance or I would have never stuck with the brand. Hate being out the money. 19 out of 20 will go to waste. But as a positive, I would try the next new flavor because in general, the brand is a hit!

I have struggled with nightly leg cramps due to a special anti-inflammatory diet I follow that requires a lot of water to be consumed daily. Even with the water, I was suffering from dehydration issues. A friend on this same eating plan recommended this product and what a total game changer. My being awakened every night with horrible leg cramps is a thing of the past. I missed my nightly drink of this ,which I usually enjoy with my supper, last night due to a dinner party away from my home. I woke up to painful leg cramps this morning long before my alarm clock was to awaken me. So my question if is the cost worth it? Oh yes. It is. And the Amazon price is right in line with a similar product at Walmart (actually better). The taste is a real treat, too.

Great item. Love how flavorful these are without leaving an aftertaste. Super easy to use. And the perfect size for a water bottle.
