The capsules have a proprietary blend for Glycobiome and butyrate productions as well as herbs like Marshmallow root, Grape seed, Licorice root, peppermint, cinnamon, ginger, black pepper. and clove. This is a high quality blend. The capsules are convenient and easy to take. This is a very pricy supplement which is its only fault. But, I do think the quality is worth the price!
