Better than a rope! I was looking for a longer rope to do face pulls more efficiently on the cable machine when I came across this and decided to give it a try. Good decision. Gives you a wide choice of lengths to work with. It is very comfortable to the hands and is very sturdy and well made. I keep it at the gym so everyone can use it and the rope pull seems to go unused now! The only “drawback” may be that your grip does not get worked so much because of the loops but I like that because I can concentrate more on the core exercise. Good purchase.

I never saw or used straps like this before because when I was younger I don't ever remember them existing so when I saw these and they were on sale for Black Friday I ordered a couple of them and these things are made extremely well, very comfortable, should last a long time, look good, the D rings are super thick, strong, shiny and the caribiners are really nice, thick, strong and look great also so these strap things are awesome for what they are and the only negatives that I can think of are that I'm not used to using them compared to metal straight bars or metal V bars or curl bars or whatever so I'm not really sure if I like these better than like the rope for example or in particular the short straight bars or v bars that are made out of metal that I'm really used to because I've been using all those on and off my whole life so that's really what I'm used to so these just feel kind of strange because they're really different and I'm not used to them yet but for what they are they're amazing and I can't really say anything negative about their build quality or functionality and you can get a great triceps workout with them doing pushdowns in all variations, biceps with curls, back for sure doing various rowing movements, shoulders even with upright rows and you can even hold on to them and do like front or goblet quats or romanian deadlifts or whatever and the only thing they might not really work great would be chest because you would need like 2 high pulleys and 2 of these with one on each side for that and for that you might as well just use the smaller handles if you have them but these are really great for what they are and made extremely well!

My gym has two rope attachments that are falling apart so I got this. It’s super comfortable and gives a nice pump with many different angles and exercises you can do. Good for triceps and nice and wide to do face pulls and really feel it.

I absolutely love this tricep rope! It’s made incredibly well and is comfortable. No matter if your are doing pull downs, face pulls or over heads this strap is comfortable and solid. I would buy again. Having 3 hand positioning makes it my go to in my home gym.

However, the grip pockets are a bit tight for my hands, which can feel slightly uncomfortable during longer workouts. Despite that, it’s a great addition for targeting triceps and other muscle groups effectively. Would recommend for anyone looking to level up their cable workouts, just be aware of the snug fit if you have larger hands.

Without a doubt there's nothing negative to say about this pirce of equipment. It's unbelievable for cable pushdowns, cable overhead, cable pull downs, cable rows, and another million other movements... it's heavy duty, great stitching, fantastic padding and the perfect length. From the first loop to the third loop. It's the prefect length for whatever movement you're doing. Im 5'7" and it's not too long or short. The three different grips are perfect for whatever movement you're gonna do. There are so many pieces of junk out there it's a big breath of fresh air when you come across a piece of equipment that actually exceeds your expectations. We'll done guys!!!
