Love this set!
I’ve been using this set for a little over a month and I’m extremely pleased with it. First, I have the black “speckled” set and it’s very pretty and it reminds me of a farmhouse kitchen which I love. Everything glides on the surface and it heats evenly. Pursuant to the instructions, I use medium heat and everything browns/cooks nicely. They are a little bit heavier than my other set (T-fal) but that’s a good thing because they feel very sturdy in my hand. I love how the sides come straight up from the pan/pot and not curved out like most sets. I don’t have to worry about food splashing over the sides. I only use silicone or wooden utensils so I do believe, with care taken, the scratch resistance will last for quite some time. I like how the pots/pans stack which saves me storage space.

Non-stick and Good quality
I bought this set of pots and pans for my mom as a birthday gift。This set of pots is of excellent quality, stylish and beautiful, with exquisite and sturdy workmanship. Its non-stick surface and ease of cleaning have made my mother very satisfied.

Best Cookware ever!
Love this cookware!!! Perfect design, it cooks everything perfectly. The handles don't get hot and the flat bottom design is what I have always wanted. Plus, it cleans up easily!!! *I have a flat top stove.

Perfect Cookware Set!
So far I am LOVING this set! They are so easy to clean, food and grease slide right off so that is perfect for someone who hates washing dishes. Every pot & pan are deep. I read other reviews that these had to be assembled, but that was not my experience. The whole set came fully assembled and they seem to be sturdy. The handles are strong and even the glass lids haven't so much as scratched when I accidentally dropped a couple of them.

Nice, but one piece not as advertised
Bought this set because I learned the hard way about PFOA poisoning with my old set. Anyway, this set arrived with no damage, no assembly required. Wife thought the set (Black with brown Bakelite handles) looked nice. I like the moderate weight of each pan, the pan bases obviously hold and distribute heat well (verified with testing). I first tested the small pan, light spray of canola oil, fried 2 eggs, eggs slid out perfect. The small pan heated up a little slower than my preferred lighter-weight egg pan, and also held heat longer than my preferred pan - but that's my personal preference, for eggs I like lighter weight quicker pans. Then I used the big "11 inch fry pan" to saute onion and pepper, then brown some chopped chicken breast, and then added a sauce. Browning and saute worked well (not quite as good as a cast iron but not many pans do, and I don't add/make sauces in my cast iron), and the pan cleaned up well. Note the 11" does not come with a lid, but I had a lid from my previous set that fit - actually kind of important to me, lucked out. I made rice in the "3Q casserole with lid", worked great. Heated up some black beans plus seasonings in the "1.5Q saucepan with lid". All cleaned up easily. Now the negative comment, that knocked a "star" off the review rating - what is listed as a "5Q casserole with lid" is actually ONLY 4 QUARTS!!!!! Very disappointing. Almost a deal killer, as we occasionally make soups and chili for the kids and grandkids. I contacted the seller and they comp'ed me, so I kept the set. Now I need to shop for a 5+ quart stew pot, oh well... Anyway, the set is a keeper. Good value for the price. Didn't need a big set anymore.

Hate washing dishes? Go with Kitchen Academy!
The Kitchen Academy meets more than your expectation. I chose this set because it had no negative reviews, and it proves to be a wise decision!. It's sturdy and well built, with better than average weight. The pots and pans heat up quickly, evenly and SURPRISINGLY require less STIRRING while cooking, i.e. coucous! I purchased the creme beige color because I'm not a fan of the speckled colors. However, the beige color, when viewed up close, actually does have some tiny brown muted specks, barely perceptible. The faux wood knobs and handles are HANDSOMELY attractive, ergonomically COMFORTABLE, and do not retain heat! CLEAN UP with this set, is an ABSOLUTE BREEZE, with just a few wipes around, with a dish cloth! Honestly, for the excellent QUALITY and SHEER BEAUTY, the price point of the Kitchen Academy is a "homeroom"! Whether you've been out of cookery for awhile, (like myself), or just want to upgrade and try something new, or give as a gift, without "breaking the bank", the Kitchen Academy cookware is a "SLAM DUNK"!

You can not go wrong with this Kitchen Academy Induction Cookware Set.
I love my cast iron cookware. But, not that I am old ;) it can be quite cumbersome. I saw this Kitchen Academy Induction Cookware and wanted to give it a try. Hot Dang!! This set is the best. I love the ease of cleanup. Like my cast iron, fry an egg, let cool then wipe out with a paper towel. Yes, the set is dishwasher safe, and I do wash them after making different dishes. But, because of the wooden handles, I don't put it in the dishwasher. The ease of cleaning doesn't require a dishwasher. Hardly anything sticks to the material. Two different sizes of frying pans!! Are you kidding? This is a very nice set. I am getting a set each for my daughters as well. Super Happy!!

Kitchen Academy Is The Best
I normally don't write long reviews, but I decided to post a long review for this product because I realize that my decisions to buy or try things are partly based upon reviews I read, so posting a long but honest is warranted. First of all, I'm not a chef or a person who works in the food service industry, so I don't have a biased opinion. I'm a working woman with a busy schedule like many of you who might read this post. I meal prep for the week, and I cook very often, so when I bought another house a few months ago, I decided that this time I wanted functional yet stylish cookware made by the same company that I could use for all occasions and for all my meals. I didn't want to keep collecting pots and pans made by different companies that could be only used to cook certain dishes, so I started searching for cookware that would fit my busy lifestyle and that was stylish yet capable of handling frequent use without rapidly showing signs of wear. I needed durable cookware with other features like non-stick surfaces, sturdy handles, and tops that didn't rust, but I didn't want to spend a fortune for the cookware, and I wasn't interested in waiting weeks to have it shipped to me. I figured a country as big as the U.S. should have at least 1 company somewhere that makes exactly what I need. I found it. I initially bought the 12 piece cookware set from Kitchen Academy, and I got gray because it matched the color scheme in my house. I was very happy when I opened the box and started handling my new cookware. The ceramic has weight to it. It's not flimsy. The handles and the knobs on the pot covers are made with real wood, and they are very sturdy, yet the handles have been sanded down, so the wood is very smooth to the touch. The ceramic is non-stick, scratch resistant, and very easy to clean. It's also stainless so no more disclored pots from cooking heavy sauces. The entire set is sophisticated yet practical, and my only regret is that I didn't know about Kitchen academy sooner. I like my cookware from Kitchen Academy so much that I'm ordering another set so I can have extra pots and pans to cook with for large gatherings during the summer and fall. Kitchen Academy has added real value to my life, and I appreciate them for making cookware that meets the challenge of a busy life.
