Gore Running Wear Men's Air Gore-Tex Active Shell Jacket

I bought this jacket to replace wearing a thick and heavy polyester outer shell shirt I was previously wearing. This jacket is very lightweight and breathable. I was able to run in this during an unseasonable arctic blast and the temperatures reached 9% F with wind chill of -6% F. I had 3 layers of thin polyester synthetic shirts underneath and stayed very warm. I probably would have been good with only 2 layers underneath. I tried to wear this jacket in the mid 40's one morning at it was too warm with only one synthetic base layer underneath. This jacket moves well when I run and it is very quiet.
