Nice little trash can. I liked it enough to buy 2 of them in the pink color. They are super easy to use, the pink is a nice pink, not too much. The can closes slowly so it doesn’t make a bang sound. It holds a decent amount of trash for being a small size. It looks well made and should last a long time.

I was looking for a trash can that would fit in the tiny gap between my toilet and the vanity, and the TrashAid 1.6 Gallon fits perfectly. It is much more stylish than the cheap plastic ones I used to buy. What I love: • The "Retro" Look: The embossed/fluted design on the side gives it a really high-end, textured look. It doesn't look like a boring utility bin; it actually adds to the bathroom decor. • Soft-Close Lid: The lid closes slowly and quietly. No loud "clang" in the middle of the night. • Pet Proof: My dog loves to get into the bathroom trash, but this lid shuts tight enough to keep him out. • The Inner Bucket: It has a removable plastic bucket with a handle inside, which makes taking out the trash super easy without making a mess.

A sturdy little can that operates quietly. It has a lift out basket and looks nice. The shape is more accommodating for longer items that had to be crunched up to fit in the old round can and it fits better alongside the sink.

I’ll preface this review by saying I compared hundreds before choosing this one. The reviews held up. 👍 It’s straightforward, versatile, and fits in my space well. It’s actually small enough that I like the textured look; it can probably hide any future wear and tear or dents. Mine came in perfect condition. I also like that it’s small, thin, and blends/hides—it doesn’t stand out as an obvious trash can, which is kinda odd but a nice aesthetic for a minimalist bathroom. (Hopefully, the fact that it doesn’t stand out won’t confuse my guests or be hard to see in low light. I bought a black one, so it’s a problem unique to the color choice.) It’s quiet. The slow closing lid is smooth, but it isn’t a selling point for me. (When I toss trash, I like to be done with it. I don’t need time to say goodbye to it.) Also, I wish the bags I line it with could be hidden better around the rim, but that’s probably a new user error. Overall, it’s a good pick! Search no further.

Fits perfectly in tight spaces. Nearly the same size as most other bathroom trash bins. And a great fishing deterrent. I needed a trash bin that has a lid to keep my fishing kitties out of the trash. Whether it’s clumps of hair, Q-tips, or other items of interest that caught their attention , grew tired of cleaning up after them. This bin though a little smaller is very comparable to the ones I had previously. The foot pedal makes it a hands-free open and it gently closes when you let go. I added a magnetic hook that I found on Amazon to double as a way to open the lid for those needing to place products inside while using the commode. The can has a removable plastic bin that you can directly place trash in or insert a liner. I found the 1.6 gallon drawstring trash bags to work lovely in this bin. I like my liners to be neat and tidy, therefore, I use the hole in the back of the bin at the top to pull a little bit of the liner through once I folded it over the top and make it tight while I slide it back in hope that helps you too. Overall, I’m very happy with the size and functionality of this item and have purchased one for each bathroom.

This is actually such a great little bin for my bathroom! I thought from the dimensions that it would be too small but it's a perfect fit and surprisingly holds quite a bit. I'm not disappointed!

As for the bin itself, it’s perfect for small areas with its 1.3-gallon capacity. It comes with a small starter supply of plastic bags, which was a nice bonus. The removable inner insert makes it easy to clean if needed, and the foot pedal works smoothly for hands-free use. I also appreciate that the lid can be opened fully and stay open, which is helpful when changing the bag or doing a quick clean. Overall, despite the initial hiccup, I’m very happy with this garbage can. It’s well designed, functional, and ideal for small spaces. I ended up buying one for each of the bedrooms and bathrooms, and for the office.
