Good cups, but do leak a little
I recently tried five different cups before finally settling on these, and they’ve been perfect for my one-year-old. They’re very easy for him to use, and he loves them. I especially like that the straw is weighted, which makes it simple to drink from any angle. The cups are lightweight and easy to carry around, which is a big plus. They are easy to come apart and easy to clean. Comes with a little brush for the straw. One thing I did notice is that if the cup is left lying on the floor, it can leak a small amount. Aside from that minor issue, I really love these cups and would recommend them to other parents looking for a good option for little ones.

Good value, easy for baby to use
I tried for so long to get my 10 month old to use the munchkin straw cups but for some reason, he couldn’t grasp the concept. I got this mostly due to the low cost and the first time I filled the cup up, he was able to use it! This was definitely a win and will buy a couple more of these to have in rotation. The pieces were pretty easy to take apart and clean. It does leak a bit from the straw top but nothing I can’t handle.

Great first straw cup, easy for baby to use
Really happy with these cups. My nephew picked up using the straw pretty quickly, and the weighted straw actually works from different angles, which is super helpful. The handles are a good size for little hands, and it doesn’t leak as long as the lid is on properly. Overall, a solid first straw cup and I’d definitely recommend it.

Nice Design and Stable, with a Few Minor Drawbacks
Overall, this is a decent straw cup and my toddler finds it comfortable to drink from. The size and shape are good for small hands, and the cup feels stable — it doesn’t tip over easily when placed on a table. The design is simple and practical, with a nice look and good grip for little hands. However, there are a few downsides. Drinking from the straw requires noticeable effort, so my 15-month-old has to suck quite hard. It also slightly leaks when opening and closing — specifically, the water left inside the straw can drip out. Another issue is the lid: it’s quite stiff and difficult to close, and my toddler is not able to do it independently. As for insulation, this cup is not insulated, so drinks don’t stay cold or warm for long, but that’s expected for this type of cup. Overall, I’m satisfied with the purchase. It works well and serves its purpose, though there are a few small things that could be improved.

Our favorite water bottle
The best cups we have tried yet. We’ve tried so many brands, and this is the one we all like the most. Easy to clean, light weight, and my baby loves them. We take them everywhere. At one my baby still can’t open it yet it to drink, but I expect it will happen soon. My one negative is sometimes they can leak if you don’t tighten it enough.

Survived every fall and still doesn’t leak
I usually don’t write reviews, but I had to share this one because this Dr. Brown’s sippy cup is excellent. We’ve traveled with it, my baby throws it everywhere, and it has never broken. No matter how many times it falls , from the couch, the bed, or anywhere , it holds up perfectly. And leaks? None at all. It does not leak, even after months of daily use. We bought it in October 2025, and it’s still working like new. No cracks, no leaks, nothing. Honestly, this is one of the best sippy cups we’ve owned. Very durable and totally worth it.

Almost perfect, except they all leak
The Dr. Brown’s Milestones Baby’s First Straw Cup is a nice idea and works well for helping babies learn how to drink from a straw. The size is good for little hands, and the straw itself is soft and easy for my baby to use. The weighted bottom part of the straw made it beneficial for baby to still be able to drink, even when the cup was tipped up. However, one downside we ran into a flaw where internal pressure or something within the design of the cup that caused the liquid to come up the straw and leak. Unfortunately, this led to breast valuable milk leaking and being wasted multiple times, which was really frustrating. It’s okay for supervised use at home, but I wouldn’t recommend leaving it unsupervised. Once you see the liquid rising you have to unscrew the cap the relieve the pressure. With a better leak-proof design, this cup could be great, but as-is, the leaking is something to be aware of—especially if you’re using breast milk.

Best baby cup
I read somewhere that this is the best type of cup for a baby rather than a normal sippy cup. My 13 month old baby has been using this since 11 month and he loves it. He is able to hold it comfortably using the handles, and it barely leaks out the straw at all even tipped over. The weighted straw is great for him. It is durable, has been dropped MANY times and it doesn’t break or crack. Only downside is that it’s a bit hard to clean but it does come with the necessary tools.

The straw inside the bottle was damaged, as if one part was missing. Because of this, water did not flow through it at all, even when an adult tried to use it. The bottle was unusable. However, I received a refund.
