Peloton Bikes, Indoor Exercise bikes for Cardio and Strength Training

I have been working out with the peloton for a while since I’ve gotten it. I enjoy all of the concepts of the Peloton. I really truly enjoy it and I use it pretty much every day Saturday and Sunday I rest.

THE WORST EXPERIENCE. Zero stars if I could. Bought the item during Black Friday deal in November. Delivery window is 9am-7pm and the date changed after I had a taken off of work. Second delivery attempt was rescheduled and “determined to be fault due to not answering the phone during delivery attempt. Finally was delivered and assembled mid December, received a defective item , the Left pedal falls off due to a stripped screw. Replacement peloton scheduled for delivery today, and took off of work again only for the item to never arrive. Spoke to customer service and was told the item did not ship and they do not have an estimated date. I’m 6 weeks out now after having paid for an item, received a defecte item, multiple rescheduled deliveries and now no timeline to receive an item I paid for.

Listen… I bought the Peloton Bike+ because I wanted to “get fit,” but really I just wanted a machine that wouldn’t judge me for sweating like I’m being chased while actually going nowhere. And let me tell you: this bike understands me on a spiritual level. The Workout Experience: Cody makes me laugh, Alex makes me cry, and Robin? Oh. Robin and I now have what I call “date night.” It’s just me, her 30-minute tabata, and a level of commitment my partner has literally never seen from me. She tells me to push harder—and I DO. If that’s not love, I don’t know what is. The Bike+: Smooth, sleek, and rotates like it knows I’m about to half-pretend I’m in a yoga class after almost dying during intervals. The screen is crystal clear, perfect for staring at Robin while reassessing my life choices. Results: My legs are stronger. My heart rate is higher. My neighbors probably think I’m auditioning for the Tour de France. Even my kids asked why I’m “screaming at a nice lady named Robin,” which honestly feels fair. The Vibe: It’s giving: “mom of chaos, but make it cardio.” It’s giving: “I don’t need therapy, I have Robin.” It’s giving: “my quads are now my personality.” Final Thoughts: If you want a bike that will humble you, hype you, and give you the healthiest parasocial relationship you’ve ever had—get the Peloton Bike+. Cannot even set a distance to bike without a subscription. If you ride to a distance it does not show the time or speed afterwards! Lame/cynical

Terrible customer service. You can tell they are used to constant issues with how apathetic they are in how they handle the issues. Haven’t even been able to use mine, told me I have to wait two weeks for a tech to come and plug in a new power cord…buyer beware.

Touch screen stopped working after about 30 rides and 1 year of use. Total garbage, then Peloton said they wouldn’t replace the screen because it’s out of warranty. It’s important to note, I didn’t move the bike, it was installed and used caustically. I was working over seas for 5 months as well, it wasn’t used while gone. Just look at a local listing you’ll see a Bike+ with a broken screen for sell. This is the reason. Poor quality and their customer service refuses to do anything about it. Peloton knows they have a big problem with the digitizer and touch control boards. They all should be recalled. They won’t unfortunately. Just avoid this product, get a Soul Cycle bike or maybe the regular peloton bike is better more reliable quality.

I was a bit hesitant to buy such a high ticket item on Amazon and was worried about the delivery of the bike seeing as how I live in a small town in BC.. however the bike was delivered 2 days earlier than it originally stated with no problems at all. You definitely need two people to carry the box, it’s extremely heavy but VERY well packaged. The box is well laid out with everything you need in individual boxes. I set up the bike alone with the use of the instructions and it took me about a hour and a half total to set it up! Very easy to set up and get started on the bike. I absolutely LOVE the huge high quality touch screen and the premium feel of the entire bike. Overall 10/10 purchase experience, ease of setup and quality of bike!
