Was a gift for my grandson who is going to culinary art school this fall. It gives him some information and good points to get started

I bought this for my grandson who is going off to culinary school. It was just what I wanted. Chock full of information for the future possible chef.

Good book in perfect condition.

I liked the paste & flow of the information and learned a lot that was very helpful it is a good reference book for keeping organized and planning my future
