Having read some of the reviews, I almost did not order this system and am delighted I decided to ignore them. The system fits perfectly in the space we have and looks good The set up instructions were quite clear, the hardest part was putting the turntable cover in place, I had to leave that to my husband and the remote works well, once I put the batteries in the right way round! More importantly, every function that we have tried has been good. Radio reception is excellent, clear as a bell and our favourite stations are now in the memory, using the remote to set that up. Old vinyls are again in use and the faint turntable whirr is no longer audible once the tracks are playing, old cassettes(when put in the right way round) likewise have a new lease of life. The triple CD player makes it so easy to listen to a full box set without having to change discs so quickly. The EQ feature is a useful tool to enhance the tone. The rest of the functions we will try later ... The full instructions need careful reading to avoid silly mistakes moving from the familiar to the less familiar features. Looking forward to experimenting! To sum up, this is a good looking, well functioning system for the money.

I ordered this with some trepidation after reading some of the poor reviews. I was even thinking of returning it before trying it out. It was bought to replace a Sony compact system 5 CD changer I had in my bedroom. It was easy to assemble and the sound is fine for a small room. I didn't give a 5 as the hand set is a bit flimsy but it works.

the item looks good but had to return it as faulty radio did not work and also found a piece of tape from cassette in tape deck the sound is also not great this was not a new unit

Having not owned a stereo unit with Audio Deck for some years this unit was very acceptable, you can play vinyl LP's and singles and 12 inch, also cassette tapes and cd's. you can also record direct from the LP and cd and cassette onto a usb card and place on your computer for splitting and creating another cd/ you also have the facility to do so on the unit and split the tracks and record to memory so you can make a playlist on your unit. nice speakers offer a good sound. I can recommend this unit to everyone.

I should probably give it a 3.5 rating. The system itself is just as advertised and works very well. However, I found the quality of the speakers to be very poor and tinny. I am going to have to buy some better quality ones.

It has a multi CD player (3), which is what we wanted,sound quality very good too. Very happy

Good value for money ,speakers sounded tinny put I improved the sound quality by adding a pair of Kenwood speakers instead.Quick delivery box damaged but no damage to the system. Would recomend but change the speakers.
