Work very well. They fit my plastic bottles beautifully and are easy to manage. I do not have to tip my bottles upside down so I do not know if they will stay on. However, I am pleased with their durability and efficiency.

These things are great if you're refilling bottles. One pack of them lasts forever. Great value and perfect for the need.

Works great for 5 gallon water containers.

Does not fit tight and does not fit all 5 gallon jugs. Also does not hold tight to the top and after filling it to the top, the water will splash the top off. Great spacer for pumps that are applied to the top, but not meant for a cover when transporting. Easy to remove. Very easy to use. Quality of lid is thin and not hard.
