A superb book for dinosaur lovers. It is subdivided into periods, also has maps of where fossils found and gives excellent details with bright and clear illustrations. not a book for the very young but certainly a book for mid primary school children upwards. I am sixty five and found it very informative. A brilliant light reference book

I have a dinosaur obsessed 7 year old boy. He loves to read this book to himself (loving dinosaurs has increased his reading age by a couple of years, this book can only help with that). He is already very knowledgeable about dinosaurs but the book managed to include information he hadn't come across before. A highly readable book for the youngster interested in dinosaurs.

My 9 year old wanted a dinosaur book that didn't just feature the standard dinosaurs so I looked for a more adult book. This is perfect still a lot of pictures but full of fascinating facts, sub species and information about the periods. Perfect for any dino fan.

I bought this book for my grandson 2 1/2. Yes it's too old for him but he loves the pictures and is great at recognising them. It gives him hours of pleasure. And who ever reads it with him enjoys it too. All in all a great buy.

I bought this for my 10year old son to do a dinosaur project. It hasn't disappointed. Clearly laid out into different time periods. All dinosaurs easily classified. Absolutely full of information. If you are only going to buy one dinosaur fact book, this is the one to get! My 6 year old has also enjoyed reading it.

Un livre très complet qui donnera satisfaction au néophyte comme au spécialiste, décrivant aussi bien les espèces de manière detaillée que les habitats et les sites de fouilles. Assez récent, il bénéficie de l'apport des nombreuses découvertes faites dans courant des années 2000. Je recommande vivement.
