This bag far exceeds my expectations!!! It’s so sturdy and versatile. I’ve used it for work (I work from my car basically and I have quite a bit to lug around to different places) as well as travel and it’s been amazing. I went to Disney with it and one day it started pouring, but our belongings were mostly dry. A few things at the top got slightly damp, but everything else was perfectly in tact. It saved us because I was carrying the diapers and change of clothes for the kids and they were all bone dry. This bag is also deceptively HUGE. I can fit so many things in there with ease. Absolutely love this bag

This bag is taken everywhere with my wife. It's very sturdy and durable. The zippers are pretty stiff, but all else is great.

I like the quality of this bag. I use it for work. It comfortably holds my laptop, charger, and a couple of books. The only complain I have is the zipper which is not at all smooth, and that's the reason for my 4 stars. Else, the bag is great.

I bought this purple backpack for my wife for traveling. She loves the color and style as well as all the different pockets. Has water bottle side pocket and a built-in USB port to plug in a phone for charging on the outside and convenient compartments and a cable for a charger on the inside. Seems to be well made.

As soon as I got this backpack I started having issues with the zipper getting stuck. It would get caught on the flap that covers the zipper (which gives it a sleek design but isn't practical) and it also keeps having that issue where you zip it but it doesn't actually zip (meaning you move the zipper piece but it doesn't zip up, the piece just moves; I hope that makes sense). I also can't fit as much in this backpack as I thought. Not a big deal, but I tend to carry a lot with me. The overall quality is okay, and it works well as a laptop bag which is what I bought it for, but the zipper has been crummy from the start, so that's definitely frustrating.

I bought this travel backpack for my daughter and she loves it. She takes many short trips for work and this backpack is the perfect size. The color is very nice and you can tell that it is made from durable and quality material. Would recommend this item.

I needed a sturdy backpack for work. Something with different compartments to hold everything. This backpack is perfect! It holds extra shoes, winter gear, my lunch, phone and all my necessities. I had ordered a different one and was disappointed, it didn’t have enough room.

I thought this would be a very durable backpack but after only 6 months, both zippers have come finally come off. They kept getting stuck so often and I tried to free them and now I am completely zipperless so the backpack can't be used anymore and I need a new one. Also, both water bottle meshes have holes. Invest in a better backpack.
