I've always been dubious to try these "miracle cures" however I decided to give it a really good go as my pms symptoms have honestly been horrific. Likely pmd tbh. I've now taken this for a month and half which for me has equated to 2 periods. Second period, didn't even see it coming, no breast tenderness, I didn't get 3 days of aggravated IBS symptoms leading up to it, I didn't get leg pain, I haven't needed to take a single paracetamol. I honestly haven't had a cycle like this for years. I appreciate this could be a fluke cycle. If it is I will update this. If my second cycle is just as kind to me this review will stay as is. Trick is to definitely give it time to get into your system and stick at it.

Have been using Agnus castus for years for the pms rage. I think it helped before hrt. Worth a try but I think you need to use at least 3 months

These do really help to keep me on track (sane) through hormonal fluctuations. The joys of being a woman!

I have tried many different brands of Vitex and they are all the same in terms of their efficacy. The thing I like about this one is that each pill is packed separately.

My holy grail for managing pms symptoms, was struggling with awful mood before my period every month, I take these and myo and deciro inositol and i’ve really felt the difference i’ve had to reorder whenever i’ve forgotten or thought I could do without, never going back now. Good value for money please keep them as they are, wish I’d known about them sooner!

Good product but short date would need using straightaway

I first took a different brand of Agnus castus for over six months but it was too high a dose and made matters worse. I considered that it may have been the dose rather than the herb so I switched to this brand which is the same standard dose that high street shops sell. Almost three months in and I’m glad I made the switch, 4mg is the correct amount for me. I’m not getting hideously depressed and angry for two weeks a month now. Since taking these, I get a bit low for a couple of days just before I’m due, but nothing drastic.
