I suffer from a serious vitamin D deficiency and especially in the winter months need to take high doses of the supplement to top up regular vitamin D injections. Through trial and error I discovered that vitamin D3 alone doesn't work for me whereas the combination of 1000iu of D2 and 1000iu of D3 alleviates most symptoms associated with this particular deficiency. Apart from feeling very tired, aching all over etc., when really bad I get very spotty yet have incredibly dry skin (the skin on my eyelids becomes flaky and slightly inflamed) and patches of thickened skin on my feet, all of which disappear within a couple of weeks of vitamin D2. Over the years I've tried other brands but this particular one produces best results for me.

Unfortunately for me, despite spending lots of time outside, despite having a decent diet, my doctor has informed me my Vitamin D is very low. He suggested I take a mix of D2 and D3 in addition to my normal diet. So here these come in. In 35 days of taking these my Vitamin D level went from very low to normal. So they work. Simple as that! Little bonus tip, take them with dairy or vegan equivalent (I normally take them when I have a bowl of fruit with Alpro Natural Yogurt) to improve absorption and prevent heartburn, GP suggested this and it worked 😊.

My wife and I take one a day. They are easy to take and swallow.

Simply amazing product and the tablet size is small which is so easy to swallow. I have been using this brand supplements since over a year now and checked and rechecked my vitamin D3 level, and vitamin B -12 it is now normal. Wow products . Also I got three free bottles with my purchase of two bottles of vitamin D order. Which came as a pleasant surprise. Amazon is addicted to satisfying the customer. This is my favourite place to shop. Vitamin D2 is highly preferred in US. New studies may say vitamin D3 to be slighlyyyyy superior but Vitamin D2 is tried and tested and has been widely used for many decades. A top quality rare product in India.
