Improves cycling posture and hand position.
Brilliant. Instant relief, taking the pressure off my hands and improving my sitting/cycling position. I bought 90mm and set it to 45 degrees. Easy to install.

My long stuff
Got the bike out the shed to try cycling to 2 miles to work, being 6'3" and mostly all leg, when my saddle was set correctly, my handle bar position became to low, I cycled everywhere looking like I was going downhill on the Tour De France.....this little gizmo, saved the day, raised my handle bars up enough so I could ride in a more comfortable upright position, easy to fit yourself, just need some Allen keys...order the spacers aswell incase you need them, then return them if you don't. I didnt , so had to wait another day for them to come. Feels well made and sturdy..

Comes in various lengths and has a good range of adjustment
Excellent in use and easy to fit with a nice range of adjustment. Great it comes in a variety of lengths so you can get just the right fit for your bike. Tiny criticism is that it is pretty hefty in terms of its weight so if you are super conscious about adding weight to your bike you might want to look at alternatives.

Good Purchase
It seems well made and finished with a powder coat or similar finish. All the bolts are strong with accurately machined heads. The sizing is spot on and adjustment is plenty for my use. For the price it is a well made and very usable item, which does exactly what it’s supposed to do.
