These worked on my Away luggage. They feel well made and can be used again and again as needed.

Imagine my chagrin when we tried to set a combo lock on Delsey luggage only to forget it moments later. And we were packing for a ten day trip and did NOT have these keys! When we returned from the trip, we saw these on Amazon and they worked like a charm. These are easy to use and sturdy enough to travel with. The price is right for two of them as well.

On returning from a trip, we were unable to open our suitcase lock with the combination, ANY combination, or any suggestions we found on the internet. After contacting the luggage company, we were told that the TSA must have opened our suitcase lock, and that when that happens, the suitcase combination NO LONGER WORKS!! We were told we would either have to bring the suitcase to their repair center (hours away), or hire a professional locksmith to reset the lock. We decided to try ordering these keys instead. They work perfectly for opening the lock! We will be taking them on every trip with our suitcases from now on. (Glad this happened on our return trip and not in the foreign country we had visited!!)

This key will certainly get you out of trouble. It works on suitcases it advertises to open.In spite of that, you won't be able to re-program the lock. You need the code that was set at the time of the original locking. Without it, you can open with the keyTo use the code system again, you must patiently go through the 1,000 possible combinations until you find the right code. It takes between 30 and 40 minutes. When you find it, you'll immediately know, because the lock opens up.Basically, without the code, you have two options:1) Give up on using the combination-based lock system. You must use the key to unlock the suitcase.2) Keep the luggage always unlocked. Remember to deliberately cut off the part that inserts into the lock.

Keys did not open the luggage.

I have yellow luggage. Therefore, I purchased a yellow lock. For some reason TSA… Who should have a TSA key… Decided not to put my yellow lock back on my suitcase. I had an additional lock, but no way of remembering the combination. I bought this. Voilà! It works.
