The pillow provides good neck support and helps with stiffness. However, it had a strong, funny smell initially, which took days to fade. It's also quite firm, which might not suit everyone. Mixed feelings overall, but it might work well for those who prefer firm support.

I thought it would be comfier. Disappointed that wanting turn from back position to sideI have to turn pillow around? Even though the neck-nest is too low. My ears are still getting squashed and sore.

I was struggling with neck pain when waking in the morning so thought I would try this pillow. My neck pain is a thing of the past. Really comfortable and you can turn to sleep on the higher or lower side depending on your most comfortable sleeping position and your support needs. I loved mine so much, I bought one for my husband for Christmas and had no complaints there either.

Had ergonomic pillows for years now as suffer from a stiff neck if not fully supported. This is by far the most comfortable and didn’t have to spend a couple of days getting used to it. The price is an added bonus too.
