I get the gum about once a month. The initial flavor is that grape taste we all love. Yes, the flavor lasts a very short time. I have been chewing this gum since high school. Enjoyed them in Iraq, how did that get in my ruck sack. Enjoyed while working 911 (EMS). I love this gum.

This arrived with the bucket and seal broken. It looked like some pieces might have been m issing, could not really tell. I was so disappointed I did not count them. I tried one and it was so hard it hurt my teeth and my jaw to chew, tasted like cardboard. Amazon was kind enough to issue a refund and after reading reviews I opted to buy the originlal bubble gum flavor, package arrived in perfect shape and the gum was fresh. Skip the grape go for the original.

Bazooka is the best bubble gum hands down. I love the taste and texture and especially love the grape flavor. It may seem hard at first but quickly softens and remains the perfect softness and texture.

My students really enjoyed this gym. They were mostly enthralled by the mini comics that came along with it. The flavor is great, but is gone within 3 minutes of chewing it.

I'm a huge fan of bazooka gum and also a huge fan of grape. But the grape bazooka gum just didn't impress me. It has a taste that is lower quality than the original, in my opinion. Also, the texture seems completely different as you chew it. It was a fresh batch, but still just wasn't great. We are finishing the container, but probably will not buy again. Stick with the original!

As a kid who grew up in the eighties, it was a good time to be alive if you were a fan of Bazooka Gum. Besides the common original flavor, there was grape, cherry, apple and I believe strawberry. Those cool flavors disappeared and were non existent for over 25 years. I was absolutely elated when I read that Bazooka was bringing back the grape flavor. Well, let me save you some money. My tub of grape Bazooka arrived today and I can absolutely say, without a doubt, it's downright horrible. It looks and tastes nothing like the Bazooka Grape gum from the past. To be honest, I can’t tell you what it tastes like. I only gave it two stars because, begrudgingly, the texture of the gum is okay after you get through the hardness. (For the older folks, you'll know what I'm talking about just by looking at the picture.) I cannot in good conscious recommend this gum. Stay away!
