Sleep with it every night. It's comfortable and fits snugly. I was unsure about the top connection but I'm glad I got it. Well made and stays clean with very little effort.

Please note that this is just the frame system (including the elbow and nasal pillows cushion), so if you need headgear, you will need to purchase that separately. This wasn’t an issue for me, as I already had headgear from my previous setup. But just be aware if you're looking for a complete system. All in all, the ResMed AirFit P30i Frame System is an excellent choice for anyone looking to enhance their CPAP experience. The comfort, easy-to-use design, and freedom of movement it offers have made a significant improvement to my nightly routine. The ResMed AirFit P30i Frame System is a great replacement for my CPAP mask. The nasal pillows cushion is comfortable and provides a secure seal without being too tight. Fit very well. Very low price, great value. Would have cost me 3 times the price through a medical supply store. Would recommend.

Airfit P30i with standard frame works great, the noise level is minimum compared to others. Make sure you get the correct nasal pillow for the P30i otherwise it won’t fit. I made that mistake before.
