The size of the mouth guards is as follows, looking at the guard from the front on, they have a back end width of 7.2cm, to the outer edge, and 5.8cm to the centre of each teeth guard at the back end, and the length of the guards is 5.6cm, that’s from the front to the back end of each teeth guard strip, the depth of the bite guard (Where the base of your teeth bite on the guard) is 0.3cm, this is the same for the whole front protection shield of the guard, and 0.4cm for the back protection shield. The front shield of the mouth guards have a maximum length of 2cm, and the inner width of the teeth runner (Where your teeth fit inside) is 0.8cm.
