The FD-Workstuff Compriband 10/4 is an 8-meter long, 10mm wide self-adhesive sealing tape designed for indoor and outdoor construction use. Fantastic Solution to filling gaps in interior window sills and skirtings etc
Used this to fill a gap between my interior window ledge and the window frame of around 1-3mm. Didn't want to use silicone or caulk as it attracts dusts after a while and looks unsightly. Expanded too quickly
I understood that the point of these kind of tapes was that they expand slowly to fill gaps. I found that this tape expanded in just a few minutes which gave me insufficient time to install it before it was bigger than gap it was to fill.
