Arrived damaged and leaked oil everywhere. How do I get a refund. I took a picture and can post.

This happened to me, too. I called the distributor. Received a credit and threw out the product. Received a replacement.

Should they be refrigerated after opening?

Probably a good idea although you could add a touch of vinegar to the unused portion to preserve. I keep some in a tightly sealed small jar to use daily and it's fine but if you live in a hot or humid area better to refrigerate

Once opened, how long does this last?

If you mean without going bad? I opened it months and months ago and it is still good. As long as you refrigerate it, it lasts a very long time. Not sure of the exact expectancy though.
